Stir-fried diced chicken simmered in a flavorful Asian-inspired sauce made with soy, sesame, ginger, and brown sugar, then served over jasmine rice.
Medium Prep time: 20-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In a saucepan, add rice and 1 1/4 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 min. Remove from heat and let sit covered 5-10 min. Fluff with fork before serving.
2.Meanwhile, spray large saute pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat on med. high heat. Add chicken mixture and stir fry 2-3 min. until golden brown.
3.Add sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 4-5 min.
4.Serve over jasmine rice.
