Veneto Chicken & Wild Mushroom Tortellini

Creamy and irresistible! Tender all white chicken pieces and cheesy tortellini surrounded by a velvety basil pesto sauce and the perfect trio of wild mushrooms.

Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator or cook from frozen
THAWED:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini 3-4 min. or until tortellini float to the surface.
2. Meanwhile, add chicken and mushroom sauce to large sauce pan over med. heat. Simmer 8-10 min.
3. Drain tortellini and toss with sauce.
4. Place in a serving platter and top with parmesan cheese. Serve.
FROZEN:
1. In large pot of boiling water, add tortellini and cook until all tortellini float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, add chicken and mushroom sauce to large sauce pan, covered over low heat. Simmer 10-12 min., stirring often.
3. Drain tortellini and toss with sauce.
4. Place in a serving platter and top with parmesan cheese. Serve.
