Maple, stone ground mustard and herbs flavor this lean, roasted pork loin. The secret? A touch of cider vinegar creates this sweet, yet savory, pork roast. Bake slowly for 90 minutes until tender and succulent and let the aromas fill the house.
Large Prep time: 1 1/2 hours
Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350°.
2.Place pork roast on sprayed roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes (internal temp. 145°F.)
3.Pour glaze into small saucepan and heat over low heat, baste roast with 1/4 cup glaze every 10-15 minutes.
4.Let roast rest 10 min. While resting, increase heat to med-high for sauce pan, and simmer for 4-5 min.
5.Slice pork roast and serve drizzled with sauce.
