Rosemary seasoned turkey burgers topped with our homemade BBQ sauce and served on a brioche bun with Salt & Pepper Fries.
Medium Prep time: 25-35 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat broiler to med. high.
2.Remove seasoned ground turkey, place in a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
3.Form 3 large patties about 1/2-inch-thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Let burger patties rest 5 min. in refrigerator before cooking.
4.Broil for 5-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
5.Meanwhile, toast buns under broiler until golden (about 1 min.).
6.Place turkey burgers on toasted bun and top with BBQ sauce. Serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.
