These juicy, savory burger sliders are topped with a tomato basil pomodoro sauce, mozzarella cheese, and served on a brioche bun.
Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Add ¼ tsp. of kosher salt and ground beef to bag with seasoning mixture and massage to combine.
2.Heat a large pan to med.-high heat.
3.Meanwhile, form into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle).
4.Place patties in heated pan and cook for 4-5 min. per side (internal temp. 155°F).
5.Preheat broiler to high heat. Place open buns on a baking sheet cut side up and place patties on the bottom (flat) side of bun.
6.Evenly distribute pomodoro sauce and mozzarella on top of patties, place in oven with buns to broil 1-2 min., until buns are toasted and cheese is melted.
7.Assemble burgers and serve.
