Sunday Supper: Oven-roasted pork tenderloin on a bed of roasted sweet apples.
Large Prep time: 35-40 min.
Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place apple mixture on bottom on baking dish and place tenderloins on top of apples. Cover with foil.
3.Bake covered 20-25 min. Remove foil and cook an additional 10-15 min. (internal temp. 145°F.)
4.Let pork tenderloins rest 10 min. covered with foil on a cutting board.
5.Slice pork tenderloins and serve with cooked apples and pan sauce.
