Boneless pork chops are simmered in a sweet-and-savory sauce with hints of apple, brown sugar and spices. Served over Seasoned Mashed Potatoes.
Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Seasoned Mashed Potatoes per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large sauté pan over med-high heat.
2.Brown chops 2-3 min. per side. Remove from pan and keep warm (internal temp. 145°F).
3.Add apple mixture and 1/8 tsp. of kosher salt to pan, bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 8-10 min. Add pork chops back to pan and cook 2-3 min or until warmed through. Remove bay leaf before serving.
4.Serve pork chops and apple sauce over Seasoned Mashed Potatoes.
