Pacific Rim Glazed Steaks with Wonton Crisps

Tender steaks marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame and served on top of seasoned, crispy wontons.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Add desired amount of red pepper flakes to bag of steak and marinade.
2.Place each wonton on sprayed baking sheet. Evenly drizzle oil mixture from portion cup and add a sprinkle of salt on wontons, spread to cover entire wonton.
3.Bake for 5-7 minutes, until lightly brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
4.Set oven to broil. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard marinade. Broil on med. high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
5.Let steaks rest 5 minutes, thinly slice against the grain (lines) and serve on wonton crisps.
