Campfire Cook Out: Tender, boneless pork chops pan-seared and simmered in a sauce of peaches, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and herbs.
Large Prep time: 15-20 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in sauté pan over med-high heat.
2.Season pork chops with salt and pepper on each side. Add pork chops to pan and cook 2-3 min. per side. Remove pork chops from pan and set aside.
3.Pour peach mixture into same pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 8-10 min.
4.Return pork chops to pan and warm through 1-2 min., uncovered. Serve.
