All-natural chicken breasts are flavored with lemon pepper and herbs then topped with a delicious lemon sauce seasoned with garlic and chives. This light and fresh dinner is served over rice.
Medium Prep time: 40-45 min.
Thaw in refrigerator
1.In sauce pan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Cover and bring to boil. Stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2.Place chicken in seasoned flour bag three at a time and toss to coat. Repeat with remaining chicken.
3.In large skillet heat 3 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat.
4.Brown chicken breasts 2-3 minutes per side.
5.Add lemon sauce to pan, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 - 15 minutes
6.Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
