Italian breadsticks topped with garlic and Parmesan and accompanied by a flavorful seasoned olive oil for dipping.
Prep time: 35-40 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Place dough on baking sheet lined with foil sprayed with nonstick spray. Let dough rise 10-15 min. at room temp.
3.Shape each piece of dough into a rectangle, no less than 1/2 inch thick.
4.Place dipping oil in small bowl, stir to blend well. Top bread with approximately 1 Tbsp. of dipping oil, and spread it out over the top. Reserve remaining oil for dipping.
5.Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
6.Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Slice with a serrated knife. Serve with remaining dipping oil on the side.
