Steak with Garlic and Herb Butter

Dream Dinners Classics: Lean and juicy ranch steaks slathered with butter, infused with garlic, herbs, and onion.

Large Prep time: 10-15 min.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
2.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
3.Remove from heat, let rest 5 min.
4.Massage garlic and herb butter mixture to combine. Evenly distribute garlic and herb butter over top of each steak, letting melt over steaks and serve.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain (lines).
