Turkey Florentine Burgers with Pretzel Buns and Salt & Pepper Fries

Ground turkey mixed with Swiss cheese and spinach, topped with mozzarella cheese on toasted pretzel buns. Served with Salt & Pepper Fries.

Medium Prep time: 30-35 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat broiler. Place ground turkey mixture into mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly blended.
2.Form turkey mixture into 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Let rest 5 min. in refrigerator while broiler preheats.
3.Broil turkey burgers 7-8 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Top burgers with mozzarella cheese and broil an additional 30 sec. to melt.
5.Toast buns under broiler until golden (about 1 min.).
6.Massage bag of garlic chive mayo to blend and evenly spread onto each toasted bun. Serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.
