Steaks aged to perfection; juicy and just the right size. Simply grill or broil in less than 20 minutes, then garnish with a Spanish-influenced salsa made with herbs and a zesty hint of lemon.
Large Prep time: 15-20 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
2.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
3.Massage bag to blend salsa verde. Place 1 heaping Tbsp. on each steak and continue to broil or grill for an additional 30 sec.
4.Remove from heat, let rest 5 min. and serve.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain (lines).
