Chicken Soft Tacos with Key Lime Corn

Tender chicken in a lime and cilantro sauce served with Key Lime Corn and warm flour tortillas.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Heat nonstick sauté pan over med. high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and sauté chicken mix for 2-3 min.
2.Add Sweet Cilantro Lime Sauce, toss and simmer 4-5 min. Continue to cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
3.Meanwhile, heat tortillas in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch.
4.Key Lime Corn: In a separate pan sauté seasoned corn 4-5 min. over med heat until corn is cooked through.
5.Add chicken and corn to warm tortillas and top with cheese.
