Toasted Onion Potato Wedges

These red-skinned potato wedges are tossed with olive oil, diced onion, and spices and baked to a crispy perfection.

Prep time: 20-25 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Add potatoes and olive oil blend to a med. bowl, and toss to coat.
3. Place potatoes in an even layer on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, and spray tops. Bake 18-20 min. until potatoes are golden and crisp.
