Family friendly Asian take-out, conveniently located in your fridge! We’ve paired our delicious diced chicken with a velvety peanut sauce and added a touch of broccoli. It’s a fun, one-dish balanced dinner with rice included in less than 30 minutes.
Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator
1. Rice: In sauce pan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2. Meanwhile, in a sprayed nonstick pan over med high heat, add chicken and sear 3-4 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to simmer, and add sauce and peanut butter to chicken. Simmer 3-4 minutes stirring often, allowing sauce to slightly thicken. (Too high of heat will cause sauce to separate).
4. Add broccoli to warm through 2-3 minutes. Serve over jasmine rice.
