French Onion Turkey Burgers with Salt & Pepper Fries

French fried onions and seasonings are mixed with ground turkey to make these juicy burgers on brioche buns. Served with Salt & Pepper fries.

Medium Prep time: 30-35 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat broiler to med. high heat.
2.Add 1/2 the bag of French fried onions to seasoned ground turkey, massage to blend.
3.Separate into 3 equal portions and firmly press turkey together to form 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick (slightly thinner in the middle). Allow patties to rest in refrigerator for 10 min.
4.Remove from refrigerator and broil for 5-6 min per side (internal temp. 165°F).
5.Meanwhile, toast buns under broiler until golden, about 1 min.
6.Top turkey burgers equally with seasoned mayo and remaining French fried onions. Serve with Salt & Pepper Fries.
