Prep time: 50-55 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Remove bag of egg mixture from pan; gently massage in bag. Pour evenly over potato mix.
3.Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake 30 min.
4.Remove foil & bake an additional 15 min., or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
5.Remove from oven and let rest 5 min. before cutting.
