Large Prep time: 1 hr.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 min.
2.Remove ranch steaks from packaging and pat dry with paper towel. Cut steaks into 1" cubes.
3.Thread steak cubes onto skewers, about 3-4 pieces per skewer. Pour Bistro Steak Seasoning over steak kebabs to evenly coat with herb rub. Let rest at room temperature for 30-45 min.
4.Meanwhile, preheat grill or broiler on med-high.
5.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness, rotate skewers every few minutes for even cooking:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. total cooking time)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. total cooking time)
145°F for medium (about 8-10 min. total cooking time)
155°F for medium well (about 9-12 min. total cooking time)
