Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Place three of the tortillas on baking sheet and spread half of the cheese mixture over the top of the tortillas.
3.Top evenly with your choice of fillings and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4.Cover with the remaining tortillas. Spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 12-14 min. Remove pan from oven, slide spatula under quesadilla, gently flip, and slightly press down. Cook an additional 6-8 min., until lightly golden.
5.Remove from oven and let rest 1-2 min. Slice into quarters and serve with jalapenos and salsa.

7.Remove from grill when cooked and let cool for 3 min. Slice into quarters and serve with jalapenos and salsa.
