Southwest Ranch Pasta Salad

A new twist on a summertime classic, this creamy salad is bursting with flavor. A perfect combination of black beans, corn and bacon tossed with our lite ranch dressing and Cavatappi. Great for any backyard BBQ.

Prep time: 15-20 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Bring large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and boil 6-8 min., drain and rinse in cold water to chill. Place in large bowl and keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
2.In a large bowl with pasta add the vegetable mix and ranch dressing. Toss with salad tongs to combine thoroughly.
3.Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve.
