This twist on cornbread is the perfect complement to creamy soups and chili.The hint of cheese make these absolutely delicious.
Prep time: 10-15 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1. Place corn cake mixture in medium mixing bowl. Add milk mixture and blend thoroughly with fork. Fold the cheese into the corn mixture.
2. Heat a nonstick griddle or medium frying pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over med heat.
3. Spoon batter (3-4" dia.) onto hot griddle and cook until bubbles form at the edges, then flip and cook until golden, about 2 min. per side.
