Mexican Meatballs with Oven Roasted Broccoli

Guest Favorite Lean ground beef is hand-rolled with a combination of authentic Mexican spices, rice and corn. This kid favorite is full of flavor and bakes in 45 minutes.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Oven Roasted Broccoli per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Add ground beef to bag of seasoning mixture; mix ingredients together thoroughly. Firmly roll to form about, 24 golf ball-sized meatballs. Place on baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
3.Pour 2 Tbsp., sauce over each meatball. Bake covered for 35-40 min. Uncover and bake an additional 10-12 min.
MEATLOAF:
1.Combine beef and seasoning mixture in a bowl; form meatloaf on sprayed baking pan.
2.Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake covered for 55-65 min.
3.Uncover and bake an additional 10-12 min.
