1.In a large pot, add tomato broth base and 2 cups of water. Bring to a full boil.
2.Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 min.
3.Remove lid, add shrimp and cod, cover and cook for 5-7 min or until shrimp is pink and cod flakes easily (internal temp. 145°F.)

1.Cook soup base on low for 4-5 hours. Turn to high and add shrimp and cod, cover and cook for another 30-40 min. or until shrimp is pink and cod flakes easily (internal temp. 145°F.)
