Tender chicken breasts simmered in a tangy maple Bourbon BBQ sauce topped with savory diced bacon. Served with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.

1.In large saute pan on med. high heat, cook bacon until crisp 2-3 min. Remove bacon from pan and set aside.
2.In same pan heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil, add chicken and brown 2-3 min. per side.
3.Reduce heat to med. low, add sauce and desired amount of hot sauce to chicken, stir until smooth, cover and simmer 10-15 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Remove lid from chicken, top with bacon and serve with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.

1.Set Instant Pot to SAUTE. Add 1 Tbsp. of oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker.
2.Brown chicken 3 minutes per side.
3.Add sauce, bacon crumbles, and 1/2 cup of water to cooker, coating seared chicken breasts.
4.Seal the cooker and make sure the pressure valve is closed. Set to HIGH pressure for 8 minutes, after 8 minutes do a quick release of the pressure (internal temp. 165°F).
5. Serve with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
