Sliced zucchini that is pan-fried, and perfectly finished with a delicious crispy garlic topping.
Prep time: 10-15 min.
Thaw in refrigerator or cook from frozen.
1.Heat saute pan over med. high heat. Add seasoned topping from the bag and cook, stirring often, for 3-4 minutes until brown and crunchy. Remove from pan and set aside.
2.Add zucchini bag to pan. Separate zucchini using tongs into a single layer in pan, cook 5-7 min per side until golden brown.
3.Remove from pan and place single layered on serving dish.
4.Sprinkle crunchy topping over zucchini and serve.
