Layers of flavors with tomatoes, herbs, seasonings, and onions combined with chicken, sausage and orzo.
Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In a large skillet over med. high heat, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken and sausage mixture along with 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Cook for 5-7 min., stirring to break apart the meat.
2.Pour 1 1/8 cups of water into tomato mixture bag and massage to combine. Pour sauce into pan with chicken and stir to blend.
3.Stir in orzo and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 min. until orzo is tender (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

2.Add chicken mixture and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Allow it to brown for about 5-6 min., breaking apart the meat as it cooks.

4.Cook on HIGH pressure for 7 minutes. Leave on natural release for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure (internal temp. 165°F). Open the lid and stir.
5.Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
