Large Prep time: 35-40 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Place chicken breasts on a sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
3.Divide sausage topping mixture into six portions and spread on each chicken breast ½” of edges. Divide breadcrumbs evenly and press lightly.
4.Bake chicken uncovered 35-40 min.
5.Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan, simmer pomodoro sauce 10-15 min.
6.Serve pomodoro sauce on the side or on top of chicken as desired.
