Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat. Remove flank steak from packaging and absorbent meat pad. Allow to come to room temperature while grill pre-heats.
2.Broil or grill on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-10 min. per side)
3.Brush steak with hoisin glaze between flipping sides. 4.Remove from heat and let steak rest covered with foil for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly, against the grain, at a 45° angle. 5.Meanwhile, preheat a large sauté pan to med-high heat. Add sauce and vegetable mixture to the pan-sautéing 5-7 min. Add in yakisoba noodles and toss to combine all ingredients with sauce. Allow to cook 2-3 min, until sauce is heated through. 6.Serve sliced flank steak on top of yakisoba noodles.
