Thaw in refrigerator.
For best results, cover thawed steak with herb rub, wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
1.Preheat broiler or grill. Remove steak from marinade.
2.Apply herb rub to steak to coat all sides. Let rest at room temperature for 30-45 min. prior to cooking.
3.Broil or grill on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 4-5 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-7 min. per side)
155°F for medium well (about 7-8 min. per side)
4.Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly, against the grain at a 45° angle.
