Bacon Jam Burgers with Rosemary Shoestring Fries

Guest Favorite Tender ground beef patties topped with Swiss cheese and the perfect mix of sweet and tangy bacon jam.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Rosemary Shoestring Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
2.Heat small sauce pot on med-high heat and add bacon jam mixture. Bring mixture to boil, immediately reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 10-12 min. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. The mixture should reduce and thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3.Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with burger seasoning and 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt. Portion into 3 equal patties. Indent the middle of each patty so that they cook evenly. Set aside for 5 min.
4.Grill patties for 5-6 min. each side. Add Swiss cheese in the final minute of cooking to melt. Remove from heat.
5.Toast buns under broiler or grill for 1-2 min. or until golden.
6.Assemble burgers with buns, patty with cheese, and top with cooled bacon jam.
