Greek Turkey Meatballs with Tzatziki

Mediterranean spiced ground turkey meatballs with spinach and red onion paired with a refreshing dill yogurt sauce.

Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine turkey meatball mixture and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Firmly roll mixture into 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs. Place on baking sheet and cook for 15-20 min. (internal temp. 165°F).
3.Meanwhile, add 1/2 tsp. kosher salt to sauce and massage to combine.
4.Serve Tzatziki sauce with Greek turkey meatballs.

Medium Air Fryer Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray basket with oil.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine turkey meatball mixture and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. Firmly roll mixture into 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs.
3.When air fryer is ready, place meatballs into the prepared basket and cook for 10-15 min. Depending on the size of the air fryer, cook in batches if necessary. The meatballs should be golden brown (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Add 1/2 tsp. kosher salt to sauce and massage to combine.
5.Serve Tzatziki sauce with Greek Turkey meatballs.
