Mojo Grilled Steak Kabobs with Pineapple Salsa

Pre-Assembled Steaks tossed in a zesty citrus sauce with Cuban spices, skewered, grilled and served with a pineapple salsa.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Soak bamboo skewers in a shallow dish filled with water for 20 min. Meanwhile, preheat grill or broiler and remove steaks from packaging.
2.Cut steaks into 1-inch cubes and thread onto bamboo skewers.
3.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
NOTE: Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly, adding time for thicker steaks.
125°F for rare (about 3-4 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 6-7 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 7-9 min. per side)
4.Set aside and allow to rest.
5.In a small pot, over med-low heat, add mojo seasoning and cook for 30 sec. while stirring. Add in mojo sauce mix and cook for 2 min. to heat through.
6.To serve: toss skewers in mojo sauce. Plate kabobs and top with pineapple salsa and any remaining mojo sauce.
