This is the perfect side dish for any summer meal or BBQ. A sliced vegetable mix tossed in a simple seasoned oil and thrown on the grill or cooked in a foil pack for easy cleanup.
Prep time: 15-20 min.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat grill or oven to 350 degrees.
2.For foil pack cooking, cut a large 9-12 inch sheet of foil. Place vegetables coated in seasoned in oil in the center of foil square. Cut an equal sized foil square and place on top of vegetables. Pinch all sides of the foils squares to create a sealed package.
3.Place in heated oven or grill, directly on grates, and cook for 15 min or until vegetables are cooked through. Serve immediately.
**Careful when opening packets, steam will be very hot**
