1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine turkey mixture and ½ tsp. of kosher salt. Form 3 patties (slightly thinner in the middle). Place patties on a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake for 15-17 min. or until cooked through (internal temp. 165°F.)
3.Turn oven to broil and brown turkey patties for 2 more minutes. In last minute, add buns to toast until golden brown.
4.Massage cranberry-mayo bag to recombine. Next, place turkey gravy in microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave for 30-60 secs. Stir to combine.
5.To assemble burgers: Place burger on bottom bun, top with cranberry-mayo, and a heaping mound of French-fried onions and top bun.
6.Serve with heated gravy to use as dipping sauce and Rosemary Shoestring Fries.
