Pork Marsala with Mushrooms and Almond Green Beans

New New Habits, New Dinners: Crispy, tender pork chops in a creamy mushroom marsala sauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Almond Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Heat a large sauté pan with 2 Tbsp. olive oil over med-high heat. Place pork chops in seasoned dredging mixture bag and shake to coat. Add coated pork chops to heated pan and brown and cook for 3-4 min. each side (internal temp.145°F.) Remove from pan and keep warm.
2.In same sauté pan, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil over med-high heat. Add mushroom mixture to pan, reduce heat to med-low, and simmer uncovered 5-8 min. until onions are soft. Add Marsala sauce to mushroom mixture and stir to blend, simmer uncovered 5-6 min.
3.Remove mushroom marsala sauce from heat and stir in cream to the sauce.
4.To serve: Plate cooked pork chop and spoon mushroom marsala sauce over top. Serve alongside Almond Green Beans.
