Herb Crusted Steaks

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
2.Remove steaks from marinade. Discard marinade.
3.Spread rub over both sides of each steak. Let rest 10 min.
4.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
NOTE:Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly: add time for thicker steaks.
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
5.Remove from heat, let rest 5 min. and serve.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain (lines).
