Quiche Lorraine

Fluffy eggs with bacon, onion and swiss cheese in a buttery pie crust.

Prep time: 45-55 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator. DO NOT THAW PIE SHELL
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Preheat a med. saute pan, add bacon and onions, brown for 4-5 min.
3.Meanwhile, remove pie shell from packaging and place on baking sheet.
4.Add cooked bacon and onions to the bottom of the pie shell. Sprinkle 2/3 of shredded cheese on top. Slowly, add egg mixture over top of the filling, until mostly full, do not overfill pie shell. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
5.Bake for 35-40 min. until the center is completely set when gently shaken. Let cool for 5-10 min. before slicing and serving.
