Sweet Cider BBQ Chicken with Oven Roasted Broccoli

Tender chicken breasts in a cider herb marinade and finished with cider BBQ sauce. Served with Oven Roasted Broccoli.

Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Oven Roasted Broccoli per separate cooking instructions provided.
1.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large saute pan over med. high heat.
2.With tongs, remove chicken from marinade and brown 4-5 min. per side. Discard marinade.
3.Reduce heat to med. low, add BBQ sauce and sprinkle 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt over chicken and sauce. Simmer uncovered, 5-6 min. or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Let chicken rest for 5 min. before serving with Oven Roasted Broccoli.

2.With tongs, remove chicken from marinade, add 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt to BBQ sauce. Brush chicken with BBQ sauce and grill on med. high for 5 -7 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
3.While chicken rests, bring remaining BBQ sauce to boil in a saucepan, then simmer 3-4 min.
4.Top chicken with BBQ sauce and serve with Oven Roasted Broccoli.
