Southwest Pork Carnitas Wrap

Guest Favorite Slow-cooked pork is infused with the flavors of Southwestern barbecue complete with white rice and cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and ready to enjoy in less than 30 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In saucepan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2.Place pork mixture in medium saucepan, stir to break up meat, simmer 15-20 min.
3.Heat tortillas in microwave (at 10 sec. intervals until warm to touch).
4.Build wraps by placing a heaping half cup of pork on lower third of each tortilla, top with 2 Tbsp. cheese and ¼ cup (or more) of rice. Roll bottom edge of tortilla over ingredients, roll wrap and serve.
