BBQ Shrimp & Rice

Fast Lane Sweet, tender shrimp roasted with fresh lemons and our own homemade sweet tangy barbecue sauce made as spicy or mellow as you like. Rounded out with rice and complete in just 30 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
Rice: In sauce pan, add rice and 1 1/8 cups water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
1. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400F.
2. Spray 9x9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray, add shrimp.
3. Massage sealed bag of sauce to blend, pour over shrimp. Layer lemon slices evenly over shrimp.
4. Bake, uncovered for 20 min. or just until shrimp are pink.
5. Serve over rice.
