Fast Lane Take your time and relax with this weekend favorite! A generous, two-pound, center cut, nutritious pork loin is flavored with a sweet and smoky marinade that touches the taste buds with ginger, garlic and sweet hoisin sauce. It's a super easy, long bake.

Thaw in refrigerator
1. Preheat oven to 350�F. Remove roast from marinade. Reserve marinade in sauce pan and set aside.
2. Place roast fat side up in sprayed baking pan. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour and 10 min (internal temp. 145�F). Cover loosely with foil last 15 min. of cooking time. Let roast rest 5-10 min. before slicing.
3. Bring marinade to boil; remove from heat. Pour over pork roast or serve on the side.
