Sweet, tender shrimp and artichoke hearts are sautéed in a special blend of spicy marinara and sweet orange sauce served over linguine pasta.
Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Fill large pot 3/4 full with hot water. Add 1 tsp. salt and cover with lid. Bring to boil. Add pasta and cook 9-11 min. or until desired tenderness.
2.While pasta cooks, in large sauté pan over med-high heat, add sauce and bring to boil. Add 1/8 tsp. of kosher salt to sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 3-5 min., stirring occasionally.
3.Drain and rinse shrimp, add to sauce and cook shrimp just until they start to turn pink, 1-2 min. (internal temp. 120°F). Remove pan from heat as overcooking shrimp will cause shrimp to be tough.
4.Drain pasta and immediately serve shrimp and sauce over linguine.
