Creamy Chicken Risotto

Guest Favorite Creamy, elegant and easy, this classic risotto brings hearty ingredients into one dish with chicken, bacon and fresh vegetables. Mixed with a rich broth, this serves up like an authentic Italian risotto in just 30 minutes.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In med-large sauce pan, add 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
2.Add the chicken mixture, stirring occasionally until just bubbling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20-22 min.
3.Add sauce bag (without peas) and simmer, covered for 5-7 min. until rice is tender. Remove from heat.
4.Stir in pea mixture until well combined. Place in serving dish, top with almonds and serve.
