Pre-Assembled Our lean, boneless pork roast is filled with a tangy dried fruit, pecans and herb stuffing. A mouthwatering finishing touch of maple glaze make this a holiday dish to remember!
Thaw in refrigerator
1.Preheat oven to 350°F
2.Add pecans to bag of stuffing mix and combine ingredients.
3.Insert a knife into one end of roast all the way through to create a lengthwise slit. Rotate knife 90 degrees, insert again to make an "x"shaped opening.
4.Stuff opening with stuffing mixture. (NOTE: All stuffing will fit)
5.In sprayed baking dish, white cap side up, season roast with salt and pepper. Drizzle HALF the maple glaze over roast.
6. Bake for 60-70 min. (internal temp. 145°F).
7.Remove from oven and let roast rest 10 min. before slicing. Drizzle with remaining maple glaze.
