Chipotle Aztec Steaks

Fast Lane Grill or broil these tender steaks for a quick and healthy dinner. Our marinade is a delicious combination of sweet heat and savory flavors of garlic, fresh cilantro and mild, smoky chipotle.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade.
2.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side)
3.Remove from heat, let rest 5 min. and serve.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain (lines).
