Sonoma Grilled Steaks

Pre-Assembled Juicy steaks are topped with goat cheese and a sun-dried tomato lemon-butter sauce.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Heat sauce in small saucepan over med-low heat, stirring occasionally. (Tip: Cut 1/2" triangle off the corner of plastic bag and squeeze sauce out).
2.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
3.Meanwhile, pat steaks dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
NOTE: Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly: add time for thicker steaks.
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
5.Top hot steaks with goat cheese, about 1 Tbsp. each.
6.Spoon sauce over steaks and serve.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain (lines).
