Fast Lane The perfect light spring meal. Our juicy steaks are topped with goat cheese, sun-dried tomato pesto and a lemon-butter sauce. This recipe is sure to impress at your next dinner party!

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Heat lemon butter sauce in small sauce pan over med-low heat, stirring occasionally. (Tip: Cut 1/2" triangle off the corner of plastic bag and squeeze sauce out).
2.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
3.Meanwhile, pat steaks dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.Grill or broil on med-high to desired temperature for doneness:
NOTE:Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly: add time for thicker steaks.
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
5.Top hot steaks with goat cheese. (About 1 Tbsp. each.)
6.Spoon lemon butter sauce over steaks and serve.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain (lines).
