Build Your Own Calzone

Guest Favorite Our 12-inch calzones can be customized to please everyone in the family. Create your own masterpiece by choosing from Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, cheese, olives, red onions, pineapple and mushrooms.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
Makes 2 Calzones (1 dough round each)
1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Place thawed dough on floured cutting board and roll to cover with flour. Let rest 10-15 min.
2.Flatten dough by hand or with rolling pin to form about a 12-inch circle.
3.Place dough on a sprayed baking sheet. On one half of the dough circle place 2 Tbsp. of marinara, 1/3 cup cheese mixture, 1/4 cup of meat, 2 Tbsp. toppings. (Reserve remaining marinara sauce for dipping.)
4.Fold in half to cover filling and pinch edges together tightly.
Cut three, 2-inch slits in top of dough to release steam.
5.Bake 25 min. until golden. Let rest 5 min. before cutting.

Prep time: 35-40 min.
