Texas Roadhouse Burgers with Salt & Pepper Fries

Texas Roadhouse Burgers with Salt & Pepper Fries

Sweet and tangy burgers made with ground chuck and a touch of bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce, & French fried onions. Served with Salt & Pepper Fries.

Medium Prep time: 30-35 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt & Pepper Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.
1.Preheat broiler to med. high. Place beef and bacon mixture into mixing bowl and mix to fully combine. Separate into 3 equal portions and firmly press together to form 3 patties (slightly thinner in the middle). Allow patties to rest in refrigerator for 10 min.
2.Remove from refrigerator and broil for 4-5 min. per side (internal temp. 155°F).
3.Toast buns under broiler until golden, about 1 min.
4.Top each burger with both cheeses and broil for 1 minute to melt the cheese.
5.Place burger on bottom bun and top with BBQ sauce and French fried onions.
6.Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side and Salt & Pepper Fries.
