Texas Roadhouse Burgers with Salt and Pepper Fries

Guest Favorite These sweet and tangy burgers are perfect with just the right amount of seasoning and a touch of bacon. They’re topped off with two delicious cheeses, BBQ sauce and just enough fried onions to give you some crunch.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Salt and Pepper Fries per the cooking instructions included*
1.Preheat broiler or grill to high. In a medium bowl, mix beef with bacon mixture. Form 3 patties (slightly thinner in the middle).
2.Broil/grill on high for 4-5 min. Then flip and continue cooking 3-4 min.
3.Toast buns during last 2 min. Top each burger with both cheeses and broil/grill 30 sec. to melt cheese.
4.Place burger on bottom bun, assemble burgers with BBQ sauce, French fried onions and top bun.
5.Serve burgers with Salt and Pepper Fries and extra BBQ sauce on the side.
